Terms and Condition / Faq
Terms and Conditions
Item is sold on first pay first serve basis.
Please be 100percent sure of your order before submitting the order form, as submitting the order form implies that you are confirming an items. All dead buyers will be *blacklisted.
*Buyers will be blacklisted under circumstance of Backout, Uncontactable, not turningup for meetup, try to fake a payment, any others ridiculous excuses (my mum confiscate my atm card, i dont have time for meetup, i just realise i dont have enough money in my bank acc, i have no time to transfer payment etc.)
We will not be responsible for any lost mail if you opt for normal mail as mode of collection.
If the items you order is out of stock, full refund will be made. Other than this, please take note that items sold are strictly not exchangeble or refundable.
Items price are non-negotiable unless stated on site.
No trade or partial trade of items unless items is stated instock.
All items have to be pay first before collection.
Item's color might not be exactly true to picture due to lightning, however, we will try to make it as accurate as possible.
All items are brandnew unless stated.
Burstyourbubbles reserves the right to change any of the above stated terms without prior notice.
Payment and Collection
Mode of payment available : Atm bank transfer, ibanking
bank a/c details : posb saving 038756214
*please attach a snapshot of the transaction receipt after making your payment. Otherwise, mail me back with the transaction ref no. however in this case, we will need 1-2 extra days to verify your payment personally, and your collection of item will be delayed.
Mode of collection available : Registered postage, Normal postage, Meetup
For registered postage, an additional charge of sgd2.25 wil be add to the cost of normal postage.
(For registered parcels, there will be a tracking number issued by Singpost and will be provided to buyers upon needed)
Normal postage cost will depends on the weight of parcel, usually around sgd1.
Meetup is only available at lakeside or boonlay mrt station. Time and Date will be up to my convenience.
Please do not worry about the calculation of postage and total price as we will help you do so once you send in the orderform.
We will make a trip to the post office to mail out all the parcel within any 3 days of the week.
